Please be on time. If you are late,it may reduce your lash time

If you fail to show up or contact us, we will not be able to rebook you, sorry.

No refunds under any circumstances. Of course we will endeavour to help fix any situation, but you MUST contact us within 72 hours.

Occasionally reactions may occur. They may be immediate or may be much later. Patch tests are available.

If a reaction does occur, please seek medical assistance immediately. Lashlovelakeside takes no responsibility for reactions.

Please arrive to your appointment with no makeup. I understand if you come straight from work it can't be helped, but i will be taking it off. If you wear waterproof mascara, please try to avoid it for at least 3 days before your appointment.
